Meaningful Life Psychology is an approach to psychological empowerment that focuses on strengthening one's ability to live fully. something about the work Our clients are motivated individuals who have some experience with personal transformation (self-improvement) and are looking to remove obstacles that are getting in the way. Common amongst these are stress, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Also common are marriage, relationship, family, household, and work issues. We have two program tracks, one for individuals and one for couples.
We work with a limited clientele, which allows us to personalize every program. Programs are designed to meet therapy goals while taking into consideration how much time, energy, and cost will work best for the client, or clients in the case of a couple. When you become a client, we work with you to personalized your therapy into a program that will meet your unique needs and goals. This means, in addition to therapy sessions, you will be offered supplemental treatments, seminars, courses, and self-directed activities to support your journey. This also means that you can select complimentary services that suit your style of personal growth (think quantitative analysis for some, tarot card readings for others). For clients who prefer a more gradual pace, we offer programs at half-pace (and half-price) and also provide all services a-la-cart.
Programs are designed to maximize progress by simultaneously addressing: 1) initial concerns, 2) co-occurring areas of concern or desired growth, and, 3) life-skills that enhance growth. For example, a couple attending weekly therapy for low-marriage satisfaction may discover that their relationship would benefit from one of the individuals resolving a specific anxiety, from the other improving overall well-being, and that they would both like to improve their parenting and promote a more peaceful environment in the home.
